I've sent this out to everyone as I'm trying to gauge interest and also enlist some help with colts this Winter.
In recent years we have entered teams into the HECC (Sawbridgeworth) indoor cricket leagues.
These can be U-11, U-13 and U-15 and start on 21st September. The number of games will depend on the number of teams entered but it's generally 5 or 6 games played from September to January.
The games are played at the following times and usually last less than an hour.
U11s (School years 5 & 6 and below) - Saturdays starting from 4pm earliest/6.20pm latest.
U13s (School years 7 & 8 and below) - Saturdays starting from 5.10pm earliest/6.40pm latest or Sundays starting at 6.10pm or 7.20pm.
U15s (School years 9 & 10 and below) - Sundays starting at 6.10pm or 7.20pm.
So from ALL colts parents I need to know if -
1) you have an interest in your colt playing at least some of the games and
2) if you can help to run some games (basic knowledge of cricket is handy)
If EVERYONE can please answer both questions, even if it's.... 1) No.... 2) No, it will allow us to gauge whether or not we can enter any teams.
