Little Hallingbury Cricket Club

Sunny captained a team put up by the Bharambe family & friends. It was a fantastic day with amazing food prepared by Shilpa and the Bharambe clan's ladies. Raj promised good food, beer, good attendance and delivered. In fact we recorded total 70-75 on the tea's queue. 

Sunny's team was short of players and LHCC has standby squad to pick from. Nick kindly let Richard and Gareth to be Bharambe family members for the day, guess what the two proved to be the most lethal weapons of the Bharambe's attack. For a change Sunny dropped two catches and Raj managed to hold two. Home team posted 166 with Alex and Jay contributing 50* each. Although their performance was overshadowed by the perfect technique demonstrated by Freddie.

Bharambe's openers (Raj & Rahul) didn't last long but Raj did flash hard and was dropped 3 times. Sunny and Mukul came to the crease and there was no stopping them two.

The family loved the day so much that they have requested a permanent annual fixture. Hope Martin can be convinced for that.
