Match report On a typical low, slow April wicket Eastons had the upper hand in this match, but were ultimately unable to make their superior batting performance count.

Batting first Eastons were initially contained by Fitchett and Patil. Dawson was eventually dismissed by Zac Matthews, with Lewis Fitchett taking the catch on the mid-wicket boundary. This only served to bring Barnard to the crease who made 91 not out. The plaudits go to Galland, who made is maiden century on a wicket that offered little help for either batsmen or bowlers.

In reply Little Hallingbury comfortably batted out their overs, making 144-5. Martin Dodd top scored with 59, anchoring the innings and hitting 10 fours in the process. Skipper Nick Thorne (25) and Raj Bharambe (22) provided support, ensuring the game finished in a draw.
