Match report After winning the toss (a rare feat) Hallingbury scored 199 in their innings losing 9 wickets , there was a collapse from 99 for 2 to 150 for 9 but a last wicket partnership between Rumble and Stedman saw LHCC to 199 for 9, with Rumble smashing the ball to the boundary including a massive hit over the Rogers cottage

HBO batted and a opening burst from Dale and Chapman saw them lose 4 wickets for less than 50 runs
However this brought together 2 new signings one of which scored 103 runs with ease to secure victory; hallingbury were "unlucky" with 2 stumping decisions not going their way one of which was quite embarrassing which may have changed the game
