Little Hallingbury Cricket Club Lost By 162 Runs

Match report On a sunny but chilly afternoon with the side full of yongsters, LHCC won the toss and chose to feld first. Once again Astwood(4-48) and Fetherstone(2-48) started well for LHCC.But standing in their way was Hewis(60)who helped HBO get to a daunting score of 221. When LHCC went out, to bat there was lots of pressure to chase down a big total. But they did'nt start well losing Dodd(4)and Thorne(12). From there we had a "Hallingbury collapse".When Goold(12)and Watt(9) where batting there was a chat going around thinking that the Hallingbury great-ecape could be on. But Howgas(4-1)and Stabb(3-17) saw the hosts home.
