Match report On a warm and hot day and with the side packed of youngsters. LHCC lost the toss and fielded first. The opening bowlers of Rumble and Allen started nervously, however Allen was able to generate some impressive pace. Some tight bowling from Thorne (1-40), W.Goold (2-35) and Watt (1-40) through the middle over’s saw Eastons declare their innings on 219-5. The LHCC reply started well with Rumble and Goold starting brightly until Goold was run-out by G.Gallant(1-11). As the game drifted towards a draw. Rumble reached his 50. It was then left to Thorne and Allen to see out the draw. We continue to look for that elusive first win on Sundays.
