Match report With the rain coming down it looked like we weren't going to get a game in. But thanks to a great draining system at LH we managed to play a 20 over game. LHCC won the toss and fielded first. The opening bowlers of Featherstone and Rumble started badly with quite a lot of runs hit into the short boundary. LH posted a gettable target of 122 from their 20 overs. The LHCC started well with the slogging Turner racing to a quick-fire 50. At one point it looked like Hallingbury were going to win and get their first Sunday victory of the season. But needing one off the last ball of the match, Rumble was caught behind to leave LHCC crestfallen.
