Match report On a warm, bright and sunny day LHCC won the toss and batted first. Once again Turner and Goold started well, both recording 50s. Until Turner (59) was bowled by Bonye (1-58). With Owais Shah batting on the second pitch Goold took inspiration and hit his first century for the club for a long time. Bharambe came in and hit a quick fire 93 as we posted our highest score this season so far. Bishop Stortford never looked like chasing our mammoth total down, especially when Astwood (3-47) picked out 3 quick wickets. They got close to 200 runs with the support of Chappell (49). But LHCC won easily by 141 runs to get our 6th win of the season and to stay unbeaten in the league this season.
