Match report With the rain threating, we reduced the game to 40 overs per side. for the first time this season LHCC won the toss and chose to bowl first.Once again Astwood(3-45) and Fensom(2-33)with the help from Dobson(3-32)and Turner.(2-15) ripped through Hockerill batting order. Rowley and Rumble who took some good caches.The LHCC replying starting badly with the slogging Turner(10) bowled.But as he has done so far this season Goold(27)stayed in for some time. But it was a captain's knock from Kalyankar(58)who saw LHCC home with plenty of time to spare.
