Match report On and warm and hot afternoon, LHCC won the toss and batted first. With the opening pair of Goold(34)and Turner(38) they managed to put on 45 for the first wicket. Both batting calmly and sensibly. During the middle overs lots of people put on valuable runs including Dobson who recorded 56. During the innings we broke a 6th wicket partnership which previously stood at 116 but we smashed it by scoring 162 thanks to Williams(94) and Malik(73). With only 10 players batting for Matching Green and only 2 people making it into double figures Astwood (5-35) bagged his 3rd 5 wicket haul of the season to send LHCC to victory by 281 runs.
