Match report On a fine and dry day, LHCC won the toss and surprisingly chose to field first. With the opening bowlers of Fensom(2-27) and Astwood(1-40)bowling tightly, Thorley couldn't get many runs in the opening overs. However, with the help of 97* from Wheatley, Thorley set a competitive total of 214 from there allotted overs. Zac Matthews wrapped up the Thorley innings with 3 wickets including a stunning caught and bowled. LHCC's reply got off to a bad start, losing Turner(3) but Goold(93*)and Rowley (53) put on over 100 runs for the 3rd wicket, calming nerves in the pavilion. Just as things were getting a little tense, Fensom came to the wicket and struck a series of boundaries that saw Hallingbury home with 4 overs to spare.
