Little Hallingbury Cricket Club Lost By 92 Runs

Match report On a freezing cold day LHCC won the toss and put Eastons into bat. Eastons started badly losing wickets early on thanks to Turner(2-26)and Astwood(2-16). But a century knock from Barnard(127*) set a challenging total of 201. The LHCC reply started badly losing Goold(0)early on. Turner(29) and Rea Long(10) showed some resistance but when Thorne(6) was out the LHCC innings fell away. With overs running out the tail played some tame and silly shots and Eastons sent LHCC to there first defeat of the new season.
