Harlequins v Little Hallingbury Cricket Club Sunday Team on Sun 12 Jun 2016 at 2.30pm
Match was Abandoned

Match report On a cloudy afternoon, LHCC lost the toss and were asked to bat first. Turner (75) and Watt(21) opened up with a stand of 56 for the first wicket. Turner especially played a mature and sensible innings . He also had support from Rumble(36) and Bharambe(9).LHCC reached drinks going along nicely on 104-1. But then after drinks the momentum swung Harlequins' way as Mulley(6-42) ripped through our batting line up. LHCC ending with a score of 166 in their allotted time batting.

With rain threating LHCC knew that if they wanted to win the game and get their second victory of the season they knew that taking wickets early would be crucial. And they got just that through Rumble(1-14) and Featherstone(1-12). But thunder, lighting and heavy rain caused the game to be abandoned early and that left both teams frustrated.
