Match report Looking to build on last week’s win at home to North Weald we travelled to Potter Street for a bottom of the table clash. We lost the toss and batted first. A heavy shower before the start reduced the game to 30 overs per side. Simon Jones making his debut for the club started well hitting some lovely cover drives. On such a big ground boundaries were hard to come by, however Ishfaq hit a mighty six and Sudip found the gaps nicely. With the game evenly poised a 90 minute rain shower hit the ground and we were unable to return.
