Little Hallingbury Cricket Club Lost By 6 Wickets

Match report On another hot and humid day we faced North Weald. Unfortunately we lost Amit early on and we never seem to recover and we had a "Hallingbury collapse" as some good bowling from the Ginn(3-25) and De Conti (3-14) on a wicket that was spinning a lot helped bowl us out for 117.
With only a small total to defend we knew we had to take quick wicket in order to apply pressure and we did as Priyank picked up a wicket in the 2nd over. Some good bowling from Rishab from the other end kept things tight and interesting. But some good calm heads from the North Weald middle order help them get over the line. Not a good day at the office. We go again next weekend at Potter Street.
