Match report As we entered week 7 of the HEBL league we travelled to Bishop Stortford. We won the toss and batted first. We got off to another bad start with the bat as we were 63-7 after 17 but some good resistence from Avishek(54) and some help from the middle order helped us get to a score of 157 all out.
With few runs on the board we knew we had to start well with the ball and we got that through a some sharp bowling from Avishek and a good take behind the stumps from Stewart. Stu Dobson kept us in the game with a miserly spell, however it wasn’t enough as Stortford got to the runs required two wickets down.
