Match report It was a warm day at Gaston Green as we hosted Stocking Pelham. Stand in skipper Malcom lost the toss and we fielded first. Samson bowled quick and picked up an early wicket earlier on but after that we struggled aganst a strong batting line up as both Sharman and Thorpe both got to 100 before retiring. Stocking getting to a challenging score of 284 from there time.
After a good tea we headed out to start our innings Joe started well hitting the ball to all parts and getting to 100 before retiring but nobody could stick with him. Some good and accurate bowling from Hudset and Emsworth kept us on the back foot as we got bowled out for 169.
