Match report For our final game of the season we traveled to Manuden. We won the toss and fielded first. Beau and Luke bowled well to start with and were both very unlucky not to pick up any wickets early on. Akshay on debut bowled very nicely in the middle overs and picked up two wickets and Malcom also chipped it with 3 wickets. However some good hitting from the Manuden middle order at the end of the innings made them get to 189 from there 35 overs.
We didn't get off to the best of starts in reply with Stewart gloving one behind to the keeper. Samson and Tom came together and helped keep the scoreboard ticking over. When they were both out we fell behind the run rate. Enter Rishab who helped us get back up with the rate with some good hitting. Him and Will came together to put on 50 to keep us in the game. With 12 needed off the final over Beau came in and hit a six over mid off and then scrambled a single to help us win a nail bitting game. What a way to end the season.
